PlanetBuff.com will provide a warranty against manufacturers defects for up to 1 year against any and all manufacturer defects..

PlanetBuff.com will replace , at our opinion, any BUFF® product purchased thru PlanetBuff.com that we find to be defective-exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, as well as mis use or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping charges. In case you ever feel that your BUFF® has become defective due to a manufacturer defect, please email us at:  buffwarranty@planetbuff.com

If it is determined by PlanetBuff.com, that your BUFF® product is covered by this 1 year manufacturers defect warranty, PlanetBuff.com will replace your BUFF® at no charge. There will be a $5.00 service charge to cover all processing fees. You will also need to mail a copy of your receipt from PlanetBuff.com to us at that time. If the design you are returning is no longer made BUFF®, you will be allowed to choose any design, within product category, that you would like.
