All USA orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped Priority Mail service thru USPS(United States Postal Service). This is a 2 to 3 business day service which includes tracking of youre package. You will receive youre tracking number direct from USPS through an email, 4 hours after we enter youre package for shipment. In many cases, we ship all orders the same day that we receive them, but no later than the next business day. We ship 6 days a week, with Saturdays being a short business day due to our early pickup of packages by USPS. Please be careful shopping other websites that provide free shipping. Many times they use 1st Class Service which is a much slower service(in the USA) than Priority Mail and also does not provide the protection, security and tracking capabilities of Priority Mail service by USPS. . For our favorite customers North of the Border in Canada, please note that we will ship 1st Class USPS service. This is due to the fact that 1st Class service to Canada is actually faster than Priority Mail service. Our goal here at PlanetBuff is to get your package to you as quickly as possible, and we have found this to be a quicker service for our northern neighbors. If you would like to upgrade to the next class of service, please contact our top notch Customer Service Agent(CSA) either by phone(858-755-1193) or email(CustomerService@PlanetBuff.com). We will credit you the cost of free shipping based on youre country(above) towards this next class of service. Our Customer Service agent will be able to tell you the difference it will cost you. . For all countries outside of the USA and Canada...you will have 3 shipping options. 1st Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail service. To find out how much these will cost you, add the items you want to youre shopping cart and add in youre shipping address. Our system will then offer you these 3 options with 1st Class service being the least expensive and quite reasonable. Please note that only Express Mail International service has tracking, so please choose that servive if you want the ability to track your package.
